Art News reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. 3. Competition commences on 14 April 2026 and closes at midnight on 19 April 2026 (NZT). 4. 15 winners in total will be randomly selected and receive 2 tickets each. 5. Attempts will be made to notify the winner through Instagram on 20 April 2026. If Art News, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to 25 April 2026, the prize is forfeited, and a further draw will be conducted. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 6. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be forfeited for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner is, for whatever reason, unable to accept the prize, whether the failure was due to reasons beyond the winner’s control or otherwise, then the winner will forfeit the prize. 7. Art News assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Art News assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants resulting from participation in this competition. 8. Tickets are valid at Rialto Cinemas (Newmarket and Dunedin), State Cinemas (Nelson), Alice Cinema (Christchurch), Embassy Theatre (Wellington), Light House Cinema Cuba (Wellington) MTG Century Theatre (Napier) and Event Cinemas (Chartwell, Tauranga Central, Blenheim, Whangārei, New Plymouth and Palmerston North) for any session in The Resene Architecture & Design Film Festival 2026 except Opening Night and Special Events. 9. The passes do not guarantee a seat in the case of a sold-out session and cannot be used to book films online or over the phone. 10. Expires 21 June 2026.
