Set among native bush, wetlands, vineyards and open pasture in Snells Beach, the Brick Bay Sculpture Trail presents an evolving outdoor exhibition of contemporary sculpture from Aotearoa New Zealand. Curated by the Brick Bay Sculpture Trust, the two-kilometre trail features more than 50 large-scale artworks, with sculptures regularly added or relocated. The changing exhibition brings together a diverse range of materials, forms and artistic approaches within the natural landscape.

Artists represented in the current exhibition include Anna Korver, Anton Forde, Anton Parsons, Ben Foster, Ben Pearce, Chauncey Flay, Chiara Corbelletto, Chris Booth, Chris van Doren, Dane Mitchell, David McCracken, Filipe Tohi, Fiona Garlick, Gregor Kregar, Hannah Valentine, Ian Boyle, Jeff Thomson, Jim Wheeler, John Reynolds, Johnny Turner, Leon van den Eijkel, Louise McRae, Mary-Louise Browne, Natalie Guy, Nicholas Duval-Smith, Peata Larkin, Peter Lange, Phil Price, Richard Mathieson, Rob Thorne, Rohan Wealleans, Ruth Watson, Sam Hamilton, Seung Yul Oh, Simon Lewis Wards, Stephen Woodward, Turumeke Harrington, Virginia King, Virginia Leonard and Wanda Gillespie.

The trail passes through areas of regenerating native forest, including stands of kahikatea, pūriri, nīkau and kauri. The Brick Bay Sculpture Trust also supports the development of new large-scale works through interest-free loans to artists.
