STARKWHITE is proud to present its debut at West Bund Art & Design, Shanghai. Bringing together works by Jonny Niesche and Mark Whalen, the presentation explores distinct approaches to colour, form and materiality. Niesche’s optically immersive works investigate the interplay of colour, light and surface, while Whalen’s practice draws on stylised forms and carefully constructed compositions to create enigmatic visual worlds. Together, their practices offer a considered presentation of contemporary art, building on STARKWHITE’s growing engagement with audiences in China.
